Decking and Balcony Cleaning
Whether you would like to have some decking cleaned in your garden, your balcony cleaned, or a multi balcony clean we can help you. When practical, we use our diesel powered pressure washer to clean balconies and decking. For higher balconies we use our electric pressure washer or use our diesel washer from a cherry picker.
When it comes to cleaning decking a hard clean is never a good idea as this can damage the timber. This is why always use appropriate pressure when cleaning and make the most of our knowledge of cleaning solutions to ensure as gentle clean as possible is carried out.
Pigeon (mess)guano removal
The pictures below show a balcony that was 'attacked' by pigeons! The owner of this flat went away for a month to find pigeons had nested on his balcony. After properly removing the nests a call was made to us to clean the area. He was very happy with the results.
High Balcony Cleaning
The balcony shown on the right is seven stories high, over looking a habour. After several years the stonework had become very dirty and the slabs on the floor were also dirty and had moss growing inbetweeen them. We at Leeksons Professional Cleaning Services were able to price the job via an EMAIL PHOTO QUOTE and aranged to clean the area at a convenient time to the customer. We cleaned the slabs on the floor, brickwork, stonework, stainless steel metal work, wall areas, windows, frames and some fascia boards in one visit to ensure minimum disturbance to our customer.
He was very happy with the results that were acheived.
The picture above right was part of a large building clean where we at Leeksons Professional Cleaning Services cleaned a large apartment block which consisted of 10 very large balconies. We accessed the balconies via cherry picker and and cleaned all the decking flooring, metal railings, windows, frames, fascia, guttering and wall areas. Our customer was thrilled with the results and we have received several jobs as a result of reccomendation through this one job.
