Window Cleaning at St. John's College, Cardiff.
With several hundred windows at St. John's college this is a big job that we carry out on a regular basis. All windows are cleaned without the use of ladders using water fed poles.

Gutter cleaning at St. John's
College, Cardiff.
With several large trees overhanging the
guttering at the school the gutters keep filling up. We at Leeksons
carry out all the exterior cleaning for St. John's College. When we left
the gutters were back to normal funtioning properly ready for lovely
welsh weather!

Graffiti
removal at Queen Street, Cardiff.
The
black spray paint had been on the surface for a while but the client
had a VIP to visit and it needed to be cleaned ASAP. We carried out this
work at a time when pedestrian traffic was minimal.

Driveway cleaning in Old St.
Mellons, Cardiff
Blockwork and patio
areas pressure washed and an application of weed-killer after.
The owner has recommended me to his neighbours already!

Conservatory
Cleaning in Chepstow.
This
conservatory had not been cleaned in a few years. We cleaned the roof
inside and outside, windows, frames as well as the guttering of the
conservatory and the rest of the house.

Monico Apartments finished. All K-Render, woodwork,
glass, fascias, balconies cleaned.
And
it has now been painted by Gerald Davies Decorators
Ltd.

Half way through cleaning the
Monico Apartments in Rhiwbina, Cardiff.
Finished the back, now onto
the front.
17th August 2011 -
Today we start the Monico
Apparrtments in Rhiwbina, Cardiff. Pressure washing of all the walls,
fascias, balconies and wood work. We will be cleaning the area with
cherry pickers.

Today we finished the the job
at the University of Glamorgan. It was a long job, but it looks great
now!

Over the last few weeks we have been working for Gerald Davies Decorators Ltd on a refurb for the University of Glamorgan. Cleaning the gutters and windows, pressure washing all the render and brickwork.
10 blocks of 50 apartments each .... 5 down, 5 to go!
