Barry Waterfront Building Cleaning – Render cleaning in Barry

This week we have been awarded the contract for Render cleaning in Barry on a full clean on a huge development on Barry Waterfront. We’re cleaning all buildings from top to bottom. So there’s lots of work for us here, so we’ll be busy this Summer! Another fact worth mentioning is that on this mammoth project we will be working alongside H2O Cleaning Service. Although we are always busy, we’re really looking forward to starting this project as the results will look amazing when finished. With further developments going ahead with the cleaning in the near future we’re excited to get going!

As a result from a test clean carried out last month, we managed to secure the contract with the client. Consequently, we have been awarded this contract for a full clean of the large property development.

What will we be doing on site?

During this project we’re carrying out the render cleaning in Barry by using softwash render cleaning. Also, we will also steam clean render in Barry. This work will be carried out in August and we will be on site for a couple of months. During the clean we will be using a spider cherry picker to carry out the clean, as well as a large 85ft stick boom cherry picker. Some areas are a little awkward to get to, but with careful planning and experience we are able to get to all areas on site safely.

We will be using a large 85ft telescopic cherry picker to access some areas, and spider cherry pickers to access other areas. However, when we are able to do so, we will be using a telescopic pole cleaning softwash systems to access lower areas.
